Great idea and truly impressive. From my point of view, it would also be wise to include this project in the constitution under clear guidelines to prevent future issues like embezzlement, fraud, or mismanagement. This is a massive, long-term project that may outlast the current and even the next administration, so transparency and proper structure are essential.

I believe the committee should present a full blueprint to the Supreme Council cost breakdown, strategic location details, government paperwork, survey reports, and a clear plan on how the property will be managed and how members will benefit. We also need projections on total running cost, maintenance cost, and expected profit after expenses.

Before any fundraising begins, a robust layout, legal documentation, and clear protocols should be prepared, signed, and approved. This will prevent disagreements in the future and guide incoming administrations.

Finally, creating a template for the treasury to release monthly financial statements to executives and regional leaders will help maintain transparency, build trust, and encourage more donations.
