Avian Akpotu Efeturi Constituted Chapter President of the Oil City Aviary
The South South Regional Council proudly announces Avian Akpotu Efeturi as the new Chapter President of Oil City Aviary at the just-concluded Conclave held under the supervision of the South-South Regional Council.
Avian Efeturi brings a distinguished record of service and leadership to his new role. He has previously served as South-South Regional Secretary, He is an ICT Admin Officer, and has contributed significantly through his work with DESOPADEC, demonstrating integrity, competence, and dedication to organizational growth.
Beyond his professional Service, He is a certified Sun Java Enterprise Developer & Solutions Architect, Avian Efeturi is also an alumnus of IMT Enugu and Delta State University, where he built a solid academic and professional foundation. His passion for digital solutions, innovation, and public service has continued to guide his contributions within the Aviary community and beyond.
