Osadebamwen Joseph Ogieriakhi, fondly known as Anec Ogieriakhi and popularly called Anecdote Yoh, hails from Benin City, Edo State. A man of many hats, he stands out as a highly versatile and multi-talented professional, endowed with vast wisdom, deep knowledge, and an uncommon drive for excellence across diverse fields.
His journey began in the creative industry as a music and sound producer. Driven by passion, creativity, and innovation, he went on to establish Lizzy Records, a record label that signed and nurtured several fast-rising music stars. This early success opened doors into show promotion and the broader music business, where he left a notable imprint and gained recognition for his vision and leadership.
Anec is a graduate of Public Administration and Political Science from Benson Idahosa University, Benin City. His commitment to lifelong learning is evident in his numerous professional certifications spanning cinematography, construction, and information technology. Pushing further in his academic pursuits, he earned a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Grand Canyon University, where he is currently undergoing his Doctorate (PhD) program.
Professionally, he has worked with reputable construction firms including E.H.I Construction, PWI Construction, and Howardhook Developers, serving diligently as a Site Manager. His excellence in project delivery earned him recognition and certification as a Project Manager by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and he remains an active member of the PMI Dallas Chapter.
Beyond construction and technology, Anec Ogieriakhi is a committed Pan-Africanist and a forward-thinking entrepreneur. He runs a trade brand known as Afrodeba, a Cosmetics Products, reflecting his versatility in business. He has also served with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) as an officer and is a respected member of the Texas Law Enforcement forum.
In line with his passion for technology and human capital development, he is also the Founder of Texas Career Nexus Hub, a transformative platform designed to coach, mentor, and train individuals seeking to transition into the technology industry. Through this hub, aspiring tech professionals are equipped with practical skills, career guidance, and industry readiness needed to successfully integrate into tech jobs and thrive in the digital economy.
his passion for service shines brightly. He is the Founder of Light Path Outreach, a faith-based youth development ministry focused on guiding and empowering young people. He also founded the Emmanuel Ogieriakhi Foundation, dedicated to prison outreach and rehabilitation, offering hope and restoration to the underserved. In addition, he is the owner of Exnuel LLC, a Texas-based car rental company, and the CEO of Exnuel Contractors Nigeria, a subcontracting firm working with the Nigeria Petroleum Development Company (NPDC), Benin City.
Within the Aviary Club of Nigeria, his leadership journey is both outstanding and inspiring. He has served as Ex-Treasurer and Ex-Vice President of Lone Star Aviary, and currently holds the position of President, Lone Star Aviary Club of Nigeria. also serving as the Coordinator of the Aviary Club of Nigeria Media Department, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth, visibility, and strategic communication.
An accomplished author, motivational speaker, mentor, and a proud member of the Texas Poetry Club, Anec Ogieriakhi is the author of the book “Introduction to Agile”, a work that reflects his depth in leadership, technology, and organizational development.
