In the spirit of living out its noble mission, the Aviary Club of Nigeria continues to demonstrate the values it upholds.
One of its newest Grande Councils, the Okpezillo Aviary, under the South South Provincial Council, recently marked its one-year post-chartering anniversary with impactful community service.
Led by its distinguished Chapter President, Avian Austin Ewo, the Council paid a humanitarian visit to the Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, Edo State. During the visit, they presented customized bedspreads to outstation patients, bringing comfort and a touch of dignity to their healing process. Yet, beyond the presentation, the gesture reflected the true essence of what the Aviary Club of Nigeria represents, brotherhood in service and nobility in action.

In further commemoration of their anniversary, the Okpezillo Aviary also constructed a Police Traffic Control Station, designed to provide shelter from rain and sunlight for officers diligently carrying out their duties. This project stands as a testament to the Council’s commitment to community development and its resolve to support public service structures.

The anniversary was not just a celebration of one year of existence, but a bold declaration of purpose, showcasing the Aviary Club’s enduring mission, to uplift communities, support institutions, and embody noble values wherever its wings are spread.
