This profound truth was exemplified by Avian Sam Osodipe, Chairman of the Welfare Committee of the North America Province of the Aviary Club of Nigeria and Regional Entertainment Officer, who demonstrated rare compassion and commitment in honoring the memory of a fallen brother.

Following the painful passing of Avian Orok Edem, who until his last days served actively as President of the Peach Aviary Club of Nigeria in Atlanta, Georgia, Avian Sam journeyed from New York City to Georgia to personally visit and console the bereaved family. At a time when words often fall short, his presence spoke volumes, reflecting the true essence of brotherhood, loyalty, and service that defines the Aviary Club.

This noble act was not merely a visit, but a sacrifice of time, distance, and comfort proving that leadership in this era demands more than occupying positions; it requires active involvement, empathy, and unwavering support for one another. Avian Sam has set a standard, reminding all members that to lead in the Aviary Club is to serve selflessly, especially in times of sorrow.
