The strength of ACN has always been, and will continue to be, a reflection of the integrity of its members. Integrity is the quiet force that sustains true brotherhood. It is found in honesty when no one is watching, in fairness when decisions are difficult, and in loyalty to shared principles over personal interest. Without integrity, even the strongest structures become hollow, and unity gives way to doubt and division. With integrity, however, challenges transform into opportunities for growth and collective progress.

Every Avian carries the responsibility of safeguarding the club’s credibility through conduct, speech, and action.
