AVIARY CLUB OF NIGERIA (ACN), Standing Firm Against Cultism, Violence, and Crime
The Aviary Club of Nigeria (ACN) remains unwavering in its commitment to a violence free society and a culture rooted in law, order, and mutual respect. In line with our advocacy against cultism, violence, and criminality in all forms, we wish to clearly address a frequently asked question:
What should an Avian do when provoked, oppressed, threatened, or assaulted?
OUR POSITION IS CLEAR:
We do not retaliate.
We do not take laws into our own hands.
We seek legal redress.
When faced with provocation, oppression, threats, or physical assault, every Avian is strongly advised to:
1. Immediately report the incident to the nearest police station and file a formal petition.
2. Promptly notify the ACN Legal Team for professional follow-up and guidance.
The ACN Legal Team is active, accessible, and fully committed to protecting the rights and dignity of every Avian. No member stands alone. We ensure that justice is pursued lawfully, peacefully, and effectively.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS — PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS
We strongly encourage all members to familiarize themselves with their fundamental human rights under the laws of Any Country they reside, When those rights are violated, the appropriate response is not revenge, it is lawful action through the justice system.
True strength lies not in retaliation, but in discipline and adherence to due process.
A CALL TO ALL AVIANS
Let us continue to uphold the core values of ACN:
