Safety Advisory for Members in the South African Province
The Aviary Club of Nigeria, through the office of the Global Council, extends warm fraternal greetings to all members across the South African Province.
In light of the current situation within the region, the Global Council issues this special advisory as a demonstration of our commitment to the safety, welfare, and well-being of every Avian and their families. At this critical time, we urge all members to remain alert, cautious, and proactive in safeguarding themselves and those around them.
Members are strongly encouraged to stay informed through credible and reliable local sources, ensuring that decisions are guided by verified information rather than speculation. Daily routines, including movement, work engagements, and travel, should be approached with heightened awareness and sound judgment. Personal safety must remain paramount at all times.
Equally important is our shared responsibility to one another. The Aviary spirit is rooted in unity, brotherhood, and collective care. We call on all members to maintain close communication within the province, check in on fellow Avians, extend support where necessary, and responsibly share only confirmed updates that may benefit others. In times of uncertainty, these small but deliberate actions strengthen our collective resilience.
The strength of the Aviary Club has always been found in its unity and the genuine concern members show for one another. As such, the Global Council reassures all Avians in South Africa that you are not alone. You remain firmly in our thoughts, and we stand in full solidarity with you during this period.
