Today, we celebrate a distinguished Avian, an accomplished leader, diplomat, humanitarian, mentor, and an outstanding ambassador of the values that define true brotherhood, Hon. Dr. Sylvester Onoyona, Member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs and Regional President of the North America Regional Council of the Aviary Club of Nigeria.
On this special occasion, we celebrate not just another year of life, but the remarkable man behind the title, a man whose journey reflects dedication, discipline, wisdom, humility, and an unwavering commitment to service.
Hon. Dr. Sylvester Onoyona has distinguished himself through his leadership and dedication to the ideals of the Aviary Club of Nigeria.
