GENERAL PUBLIC NOTICE: DISASSOCIATION FROM AVIAN OPEYEMI SAUDIQ

The Aviary Club of Nigeria, hereby wishes to inform members of the public, members of the Club, and all concerned persons that Avian Opeyemi Saudiq has been ex-communicated from the Aviary Club of Nigeria and is no longer a member of the Club.
This decision has been taken in accordance with the Constitution, ethics, values, and disciplinary provisions of the Aviary Club of Nigeria, following concerns arising from his alleged involvement in a murder case, conduct which, if established, is fundamentally inconsistent with the principles and standards expected of members of the Club.
Accordingly, Avian Opeyemi Saudiq is no longer authorized to represent, speak, act, transact, or otherwise conduct any affairs on behalf of the Aviary Club of Nigeria in any capacity.
Members of the public, organizations, and individuals are hereby advised that anyone who deals with him as a representative, officer, or member of the Aviary Club of Nigeria does so at their own risk, as the Club shall not accept responsibility for any representation, transaction, commitment, or undertaking made by him in the name of the Club.
All members of the Aviary Club of Nigeria are hereby directed to immediately dissociate themselves from him in accordance with the Constitution of the Club and to refrain from presenting him as a member or representative of the Aviary Club of Nigeria.
This notice is issued to prevent misrepresentation, protect the integrity of the Aviary Club of Nigeria, and clearly distinguish the Club from the actions or conduct of persons who are no longer members.
