SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE AVIARY CLUB OF NIGERIA

The leadership of the Aviary Club of Nigeria wishes to remind all members, affiliates, and persons associated with the Club that the Aviary Club of Nigeria is not an umbrella for hoodlums, miscreants, criminals, or individuals seeking to use the name of the Club for unlawful activities.
Membership of the Aviary Club comes with responsibilities, discipline, integrity, and respect for the laws of the country or jurisdiction where a member resides. All Avians are expected to conduct themselves as law-abiding citizens and residents and to uphold the values, principles, and reputation of the Club at all times.
Anyone who joins the Club with the intention of engaging in criminal activities, violence, intimidation, fraud, or any other unlawful conduct is in the wrong organisation. The Club will not provide protection, cover, or representation for criminal behaviour.
The appropriate authorities will be notified where there is credible evidence of criminal conduct, and individuals found to be abusing the name, identity, or platform of the Aviary Club for unlawful purposes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and the Club’s constitution.
REPORTING CHANNELS
All members are encouraged to use the proper internal channels whenever they encounter grievances, disputes, threats, misconduct, or situations beyond their control:
First, Report the matter to the Club Administration in your local unit.
If you believe your local unit has been compromised, Escalate the matter to your Regional Leadership.
If you believe the Regional Leadership has also been compromised, Escalate the matter to the Global Authority of the Aviary Club of Nigeria.
Members are strongly advised not to take the law into their own hands or resort to violence, threats, retaliation, or other unlawful measures in resolving disputes.
The Aviary Club of Nigeria remains committed to brotherhood, discipline, peace, lawful conduct, and the protection of the good name and integrity of the Club.
Let every Avian understand, membership is a privilege, but it also comes with responsibility.
