As the United States of America commemorates another Independence Day on July 4, the Aviary Club of Nigeria proudly joins millions around the world in celebrating a nation whose enduring ideals of liberty, democracy, innovation, and opportunity continue to inspire people across generations.
For the Aviary Club of Nigeria, this celebration extends beyond admiration. It is a moment to recognize the contributions of our members across the United States, whose contributions to humanitarian service, community development, and brotherhood reflects the very values that Independence Day represents.
A Growing Aviary Presence in the United States
Through the North America Regional Council, the Aviary Club of Nigeria has established a vibrant and expanding presence across the United States.
From the Midwest to the East Coast and from Texas to Georgia, our chapters continue to serve as shining examples of unity, leadership, and purposeful service.
Today, seven thriving Aviaries proudly fly the Aviary Club banner across America and they are,
Buckeye Aviary (Ohio/Indianapolis)
A centre of Midwestern excellence dedicated to mentorship, youth development, and impactful community engagement.
Empire State Aviary (New York)
Serving one of the world’s most dynamic cities, this Aviary promotes cultural exchange, professional networking, and support for Nigerians and other immigrants building new lives in America.
Lincoln Aviary (Chicago, Illinois)
Known for its resilience and community-driven initiatives, Lincoln Aviary actively supports scholarship programmes, food drives, and healthcare outreach.
Lone Star Aviary (Dallas, Texas)
Inspired by the bold spirit of Texas, this chapter champions entrepreneurship, leadership development, and empowerment initiatives that positively impact underserved communities.
Peach Aviary (Atlanta, Georgia)
Home of the renowned Peach Aviary Conclave, this chapter has become a respected platform for leadership discourse, sustainable community management, and national cohesion.
Sam Houston Aviary (Houston, Texas)
Reflecting Houston’s diversity and compassion, this Aviary spearheads medical outreaches, disaster relief efforts, and programmes designed to strengthen families and communities.
White Oak Aviary (Maryland)
Strategically located near the nation’s capital, White Oak Aviary promotes civic engagement, advocacy, and partnerships that strengthen relationships between African and American communities.
Together, these chapters embody the Aviary Club of Nigeria’s enduring vision of building bridges across continents while remaining firmly rooted in selfless service and genuine brotherhood.
Service: The Identity of the Aviary Club
The Aviary Club of Nigeria is far more than a social organisation. It is a movement driven by purpose committed to creating awareness, promoting community development, assisting those in need, and fostering lifelong brotherhood.
Across the United States, this mission continues to come alive through impactful initiatives, including humanitarian outreaches, medical missions, food distribution programmes, educational support, scholarships, youth empowerment projects, professional development workshops, and charitable interventions that uplift vulnerable individuals and families.
Equally important is the culture of servant leadership that defines the Club. As echoed during the Peach Aviary Converge, “True leadership requires the courage to listen.” This philosophy continues to shape how Aviary leaders engage with their communities, with humility, empathy, inclusiveness, and dedication to service.
These efforts extend beyond individual acts of kindness. They contribute meaningfully to stronger communities while reflecting the enduring values that have shaped the American story: freedom, opportunity, volunteerism, and collective responsibility.
Celebrating Independence Through Service
As America celebrates another year of independence, the Aviary Club of Nigeria celebrates alongside her, not only the freedoms that define a great nation, but also the freedom to serve, to uplift humanity, to build lasting relationships, and to make meaningful contributions wherever we are found.
To our brothers and members across the United States, from Buckeye, Empire State, Lincoln, Lone Star, Peach, Sam Houston, and White Oak Aviaries we extend our deepest appreciation and heartfelt congratulations.
Your dedication continues to demonstrate that brotherhood knows no geographical boundaries and that compassion remains a universal language.
As we commemorate this historic day, we also celebrate the enduring friendship between Nigeria and the United States and reaffirm our commitment to building stronger communities through service, leadership, and unity.
To the Government and people of the United States of America, and to all our members, partners, and friends across the nation, we wish you a joyful, peaceful, and memorable Independence Day.
Happy Independence Day, United States of America!
Long Live the United States of America!
Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
Long Live the Aviary Club of Nigeria!
