Let’s take it back to the historic South South Regional Council Election that ushered in Avian Igbudu Benson as the South South Regional President of the Aviary Club of Nigeria (ACN) Before he was inducted into the Elders Council.
In the picture, visibly adorned in his native attire, is the late Avian Barrister Frank Oru, the Pioneer Global President of ACN, a proud son of the South South.
